The annual elementary Science Fair took place this year on 21 April, Thursday. Students had a wonderful time going from booth to booth participating in various interesting and fun-filled experiments such as making volcanoes out of lemon, playing with electromagnets, crafting catapults and sinking their hands into oobleck. On top of exploring the numerous branches of science and witnessing scientific concepts in action, students also got to learn about the topics of heat, temperature and states of matter through the snack booth which offered popcorn and slushies. The Kindergarten and Middle and High School students also partook in the fun and filled their tummies with their share of snacks. This year, the students also got an opportunity to put their knowledge to the test by taking part in a quiz corner. A winner was selected from each class and a total of six students received a science kit as a prize for their right answers! On the whole, it was an amazing day of diving deep into the fascinating world of science and students and teachers alike had a whale of a time! Kudos to every single teacher and student who made the event a great success!
