2. 입찰참가 자격(Tender Criteria)

 가. ACRA에 등록이 되어 있어야 하며, 사무소는 싱가포르에 위치해야 함

 Company must be registered with ACRA and have an office located in Singapore

 나. 블라인드 시공 실적 및 해당 자격이 있는 업체

 Companies that have past experience/qualification in blind installation.

3. 제출 견적서류 및 마감 Submission of quotation documents and deadlines

 가. 제출서류: 입찰서, 입찰보증금지급각서, 사업자등록증

      Documents to be submitted: Tender Application Form, Tender Guarantee Memorandum, ACRA Certificate

     *서류 미비한 경우 접수하지 않음

     *Incomplete documents will be disqualified

 나. 접 수 처: 싱가포르한국국제학교(우편접수 가능. 단, 접수기간 이내 학교에 도착한 서류에 한해 접수하며 이후 도착한 서류는 접수하지 않음)

4. 낙찰자 결정방법(Method to determine successful bidders)

 가. 예정가격은 기초금액 ± 3% 범위 내에서 작성된 15개의 예비가격 중에서 선택된 4개의 산출평균으로 결정

      The expected price is determined by the calculated average of 4 selected among 15 preliminary prices prepared within the range

      of ± 3% of the basic price

 나. 예정가격의 이하로 입찰한 업체 중 최저가인 업체를 낙찰자로 결정

      The bidder with the lowest price below the expected price among all bidders is determined as the successful bidder.

 다. 낙찰하한선인 87.745% 미만에 해당하는 업체는 별도 통보없이 제외

      Companies that fall below 87.745% of the lower bid limit are excluded without notice.

5. 기타사항(Other matters)

 가. 제출한 서류는 일체 반환하지 않는다.(Submitted documents will not be returned)

 나. 입찰보증금 납부는 입찰보증금지급각서로 대체합니다.

      The payment of the bid deposit is replaced with a tender guarantee memorandum.

 다. 입찰에 참여하는 관계자는 사전에 입찰 규정을 철저하게 숙지하고 참여하시가 바랍니다. 학교는 입찰자가 주의 깊게 숙지하지 않은 것에 대하여 책임지지

     않습니다.
