2. 도색(페인트) 조건(Painting conditions)

  가. A동: 1층~3층 전체(벽면, 복도, 계단, 난간 등), 지붕 옆면(Blk A: 1st to 3rd floor all corridors and both sides of the open space, stairs, railings, etc. roof sides)

  나. B동: 1층~3층 전체(벽면, 복도, 계단, 난간 등), 지붕 옆면(Blk B: 1st to 3rd floor all corridors and both sides of the open space, stairs, railings, etc. roof sides)

  다. 강당: 외부 벽면 및 지붕 옆면(School Hall: Exterior walls and roof sides)

  라. 중등교무실: 외부 벽면 및 지붕 옆면(M&H Teachsr's office: Exterior walls and roof sides

  마. 학교 외부 시설: 정문, 후문, 로비, 담장, 경비실, 쓰레기장(School exterior facilities: main & back gate, lobby, fence(walls), security office, trash space)

      ※ 모든 건물 및 시설의 녹 제거, 갈라짐 등에 대해 보수를 실시하고 재도장하여 마감할 것

         (All buildings and facilities will be repaired for rust removal, cracking, etc. and repainted to finish)

      ※ 사용하는 페인트는 친환경 인증을 받은 제품을 사용할 것(The paint used must be an eco-friendly certified product)

       ※ 시공 전 디자인 및 페인트 색상 등과 관련하여 학교와 반드시 협의 후 시공할 것(Before Painting, be sure to consult with the school regarding design and paint color, etc.)

3. 기초 금액(Budget Amount): S$82,000(GST 9% Including)

4. 입찰 참가 자격(Participation Eligibility)

  가. 도색 전문 자격을 보유한 사업체를 운영하고 있는 회사(A company that operates a business with paining service)

5. 입찰 방식 및 계약 업체 결정(Bidding method and contractor selection)

  가. 입찰 방식(Bidding method) : 경쟁 입찰(Competitive bid)

  나. 계약업체 결정(Contractor): 기술능력평가(70점) + 가격평가(30점) 합산 점수 중 최고점수 업체와 협상에 의한 계약 체결 진행

        Technical ability evaluation(70 points) + price evaluation(30 points) Negotiation to conclude a contract with the company with the highest score among the total scores

       ※ 단, 기술능력평가 점수의 합이 85% 미만인 응찰자는 협상대상에서 제외(However, bidders whose total technical capability evaluation score is less than

              85% are excluded from negotiation.

  다. 우선 협상대상자로 선정된 업체는 학교와 용역과 관련된 사업내용, 이행방법, 이행일정 등 입찰시 제출한 제안서 내용에 대해 대면으로 협상을 실시하여야 하고,

      그 내용의 일부를 조정할 수 있으며, 쌍방이 합의하여 조건으로 계약서를 체결

        First, the company selected as the negotiation partner will provide the school with the business details, implementation method, implementation schedule, etc.

        Face-to-face negotiations must be conducted on the contents of the proposal submitted during the bid, some of the contents may be adjusted, and a contract

        may be concluded with the conditions agreed upon by both parties.

7. 기타사항(Other matters)

 가. 제출한 서류는 일체 반환하지 않습니다.(Submitted documents will not be returned)

 나. 입찰보증금 납부는 입찰보증금지급각서로 대체합니다.(The payment of the tender deposit is replaced with a tender guarantee memorandum)
